I think maybe the wire didn’t fasten up, you should fasten it again where I label in the picture, if you fasten up it indeed but the problem still appear, then there maybe something wrong with the pcb of button. You need change a new pcb.

First you can reset the machine with press GG3 in the main menu, and then choose the first option, and then press enter. If this problem can’t be solved after you do this we will change a pcb board which in the machine for you..
